Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-
The article has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

The article complies with the format provided by the journal, downloadable here.

The length of each article should preferably be between 15 and 20 pages for articles and 4 pages in case of presentations to seminars or conferences, including additional material (tables, graphs, etc.).

FORMAT:
The article is sent in Microsoft Word® DOC or DOCX format and A4 pages.
The upper and lower margins (2.5 cm), right and left margin (3 cm).
The text is double-spaced (1.5).
General text is typed in Times New Roman font size 12.
Titles and subtitles are boldfaced and typed in Times New Roman font size 14 (no legends). -
COVER PAGE:
Clear and concise title (maximum 20 words).
Main author and other authors’ names are centered and typed with Time New Roman 14.
Authors' names preceded by a superscript number indicating their affiliation.
Indicate the name of the authors and ORCID identifier.
Extended abstract in Spanish as well as English (150-200 words).
Maximum of 6 keywords which identify the content of the work. -
ARTICLE BODY:
All the parts of the manuscript (introduction, material and methods, results, discussion, conclusions and bibliography) fulfill the guidelines specified in the document: “Presentation and structure of the manuscripts”. -
BIBLIOGRAPHY:
Include at least 25 bibliographic references.
The bibliography has been written following the Vancouver (downloadable here) reference style designed for scientific texts.
All citations referred to throughout the article have been included in the bibliography section. -
ADDITIONAL MATERIAL:
The additional material is self-explanatory (does not require the information in the text to be understood).
The legends briefly define each of the additional contents and the meaning of their abbreviations or symbols.
The equations are sent in editable format and not as pasted figures.
Figures or images are sent with sufficient resolution and adequate size. -
Articles must be accompanied by a document signed by all co-authors, or failing that by a signature of the principal author, which includes: FORMAT 1. AUTHORSHIP AND PERSONAL DATA;
FORMAT 2. ETHICAL DECLARATION OF CONTENTS; FORMAT 3. CONSENT; FORMAT 4. AUTHOR CONTRIBUTION STATEMENT.
